Yesto provides daily 15-minute Google Meet accountability sessions with AI coaches. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifiers when you sign in with Google.
- Session information: selected coach, goals, excuses, tiny actions, session timing, and usage events needed to operate Yesto.
- Google Meet information: meeting links, room/session identifiers, and technical metadata needed to create or join a Meet session.
- Payment information: subscription status and payment events. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by Yesto.
- Support information: messages you send us and related contact details.
Google sign-in and Google services
When you use Google sign-in, Google may share basic profile information with Yesto so we can create and secure your account. If Yesto uses Google APIs to create or manage Google Meet sessions, we use that access only to provide the session flow you request.
Yesto does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to unrelated third parties except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users.
How we use information
- To authenticate your account and prevent abuse.
- To create, run, remember, and improve your accountability sessions.
- To personalize coach behavior, reminders, and next-session context.
- To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To debug reliability, security, and product quality issues.
AI and service providers
Yesto may use AI, voice, video, hosting, analytics, payment, and communication providers to operate sessions and improve reliability. These providers process information only for Yesto’s service purposes under appropriate restrictions.
Data retention
We keep account and session information only as long as needed to provide Yesto, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve safety, and maintain business records. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access, protect credentials, and reduce unnecessary data collection.
Children
Yesto is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Your choices
- You can stop using Yesto at any time.
- You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
