These Terms govern your use of Yesto, a daily Google Meet accountability service with AI coaches. By using Yesto, you agree to these Terms.
What Yesto is
Yesto helps you turn excuses into tiny next actions through short accountability sessions. Sessions may involve Google Meet, AI-generated coaching, reminders, and session memory.
Yesto is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency support, financial advice, legal advice, or academic advice. Do not use Yesto for emergencies or regulated professional needs.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Yesto.
- You are responsible for your account, Google sign-in, and activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attack Yesto or its infrastructure.
- Do not upload or request illegal, harmful, abusive, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not use Yesto to cheat, impersonate others, or violate Google Meet or third-party platform rules.
Google Meet and third-party services
Yesto may rely on Google Meet and other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Yesto is not affiliated with Google.
Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled. Pricing, trial availability, and billing terms may be shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Taxes may apply.
AI output and accountability
AI coach messages can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Use judgment before relying on any output.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including Google sign-in, Google Meet session data, and support information.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Yesto. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Yesto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the service abusively.
Disclaimers
Yesto is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, productivity gains, health results, grades, fitness results, or behavior change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesto and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities.
